Assembly Manager - Planning / Coordination / Quality (m/f/d)

• Development of new membrane processes with its own R&E department You are responsible for the technical planning and specification for our installation projects in plant engineering, especially in the field of water treatment. As a central contact person on site, you conduct and monitor the Mondays of our subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality, dates and budget. You control the entire material logistics, from picking the components to coordination with suppliers and manufacturing companies. In close cooperation with the technical designers, you will check schedules, R+I flow images as well as isometries and release the final As-Built documentation. You act as an important interface between the project management, the supplier and the assembly team and ensure a smooth project run.

You have a technical training, e.g. as a master or technician, and brings several years of professional experience in the assembly line in plant or pipeline construction. You can read and understand procedural documents such as R+I flow images and isometries – ideally you already have experience in water treatment. With your organizational talent and your communication strength, you can coordinate assembly teams and external partners. You are ready to regularly travel nationally and internationally for project support. For cooperation in the team and with international partners, you speak German and English fluently.

An attractive salary package between € 60,000 and € 65,000 a year, complemented by a guaranteed profitsharing and holiday money.
