Junior Projektleiter Integrated Logistic Support (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Project management: You plan, coordinate, monitor and manage cross-departmental projects in the military environment. Responsibility and compliance with project objectives: You bear the overall responsibility for meeting deadline, cost and quality targets. Contact person*in: You communicate with customers as well as with your stakeholders and present the work results. Development Project Team: With your communication strength and your organizational talent, you conduct, coordinate, moderate and develop your project team in a targeted manner. Project monitoring: You recognize risks and potentials at an early stage and use them specifically to optimize ongoing and future projects. Support sales: You support sales in the acquisition, offering and negotiation.

Successfully completed economic/technical studies or a comparable qualification First experience in project management and project management methods Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and action as well as independent, structured and professional work Enforcement and communication skills and willingness to travel

Not mandatory, but quite desirableexperience in the Bundeswehrumfeld as a former time/occupational soldierin or employeein in the military industry Knowledge of requirements management
