Guided tour and guidance of the specialist group leaders and their structures in the areas of project management Coordination and monitoring of external service providers Control Damage Remedies Professional. Monitoring of div. construction works (tables, dry construction, painters, masons, tiles, flooring, roofing etc.) Building Technology Service (GTS)

Determination of maintenance requirements and control and implementation of the annual maintenance plan Implementation and support of maintenance projects Support for Charité construction measures to ensure operator interests Compliance and further development of quality management and all processes

Our requirements Complete university degree, technician: in or comparable degree in the field of technical building management / facility management Experiences and knowledge in the handling and care of domestic and industrial plants, additional experience in hospital operations are advantageous knowledge of public procurement law and relevant standards, regulations and directives leadership experience with a pronounced quality and solution orientation as well as team and communication skills High level of flexibility, reliability and independent work Customer orientation and willingness to take over call readiness services Car driver license class B desirable
