Consultant Construction Management

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a consultant:in construction (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the site Duisburg. Your tasks:

In your new position, you coordinate change needs in projects in the field and develop standards as well as instruments for driving and building You take over the interface management between construction, projects and central bodies and represent the projects in escalation bodies and performance dialogues The processing and evaluation of bulk-time-relevant change requests, the development of opinions as well as suggestions for optimization and the control of cross-functional teams is your responsibility You will also set up decision templates and process variant analyses for customer-friendly and efficient building processing You coordinate and optimize the ongoing dialogue between central and regional units of construction planning and ensure smooth escalation management Last but not least, you will advise the project leaders: to stop and actively contribute to stability management

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in or in a comparable field In addition, you will bring profound experience in interface management – ideally in railway or infrastructure – with Embossed communication skills and a sovereign appearance in critical forum situations as well as in dialogue with different stakeholders: You work independently, structured and have a secure understanding of compliance with quality objectives, deadlines and rules In the creation and presentation of decision documents, you are experienced and also working safely with MS Office Your profile is rounded off by an analytical and solution-oriented way of working and your joy of developing active standards and processes in construction and introducing innovative impulses
