Technical and disciplinary leadership of the financial accounting and controlling teams Responsibility for financial and asset accounting, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and consolidated financial statements according to HGB Ensuring liquidity planning and control Responsibility for reporting, cost center accounting, economic planning and plan-actual analyses Implementation and further development of calculations for nursing kit negotiations Creation of business analysis and decision-making bases for management and executives Optimization of financial processes and the use of our ERP system and the design of modern, efficient processes Close cooperation with the departments and the institutions Representation of Business & Finance Headquarters including Performance Accounting, Purchasing and Sustainability Management

Complete business studies or comparable commercial qualification Multiannual experience in finance, accounting and controlling as well as leadership experience Funded knowledge of HGB accounting and management Embossed Hands-on-Mentality as well as the joy of advancing themes independently and taking responsibility Analytical and structured working methods as well as distinct communication and leadership skills Safe handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel Ideally, you bring experience from care, health care, the social economy or the non-profit area.
