There are several autonomous agents on the platform that take on different tasks: from reservations and customer support in daily business to marketing campaigns and sales at a more strategic level. In your role as Staff Architect, you develop the application that in essence ensures that these agents work at all: You act, learn from action and can work together. You define the technical roadmap, define architecture standards and specify the technical direction for a system designed for large amounts of data and many simultaneous users. Designing the architecture of a distributed system that must scale for a large, heterogeneous customer base. This must be robust enough - from demo to productive operation! Practical experience with Agentic AI or LLM-based systems: You have already built something with tool-calling, multi-agency orchestration or frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen, even if it was a smaller or experimental project. We do not expect decades of expertise in a technology that has only existed for several years. We expect real curiosity and practical experience. Solid foundations in cloud infrastructure and containerization (Kubernetes and AWS/GCP/Azure).
