Warranty Manager in Berlin (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a warranty manager:in for our Züblin Directorate Nord-Ost, based in Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg. You take care of our exciting construction projects after the acceptance and are the direct contact person(s):in order and after-contractors throughout the warranty period. These include: Company-oriented support of the construction projects taking into account the contract and performance plan as well as VOB and BGB Independent control, documentation and assessment of warranty cases taking into account the limitation periods Communication with object managers, contractors and subcontractors Assessment and qualification of detected defects on site Special case consultation Processing and defence of legal cases in cooperation with lawyers

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering/architecture or completed technical training Alternatively, you have gained extensive professional experience in these tasks You have the great whole in mind and have the ability to plan foresight Good knowledge of building and contract law (BGB, VOB) Enforcement and negotiation skills Good communication skills and external partners
