Full-time or part-time controller (m/f/d)

You are a business partner (w/m/d) for management and actively supporting decisions and achieving business goals – with clear analyses, scenarios and recommendations for action. You develop the data base by intelligently linking, structuring different data sources and making them usable for control-relevant issues (e.g. for publishing data for refinancing our energy networks). You deliver Insights instead of numbers: You have the right that your evaluations do not “end in reporting”, but create added value – through clear interpretations, risks/chance evaluation and concrete next steps. You are responsible for securing and coordinating the network charge calculation and make sure that regulatory requirements are complied with and documented cleanly. You are driving automation and standardization ahead: you introduce modern data processing, identify manual bottlenecks and implement (or accompany) automated processes – from data processing to reporting. You work closely in interfaces from different disciplines and make sure that the best solution is created from different perspectives – pragmatic, binding and implementation-oriented.

You have a degree in business, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification. You have very good knowledge in Excel and MS Office and have ideally gained first experience in controlling. You have a strong understanding of numbers, data and relationships and can derive sound forecasts. You think analytic and structured and keep an overview even with large amounts of data. You have the pleasure of critically questioning processes, identifying optimization potentials and actively shaping new working methods. You like to work in the team and look for the exchange with different disciplines.
