As a receptionist (m/w/d) in the family hotel you have the opportunity to be flexibly used. Your wishes are taken into account in the design of the employment contract.

• Welcome and reception of guests

• Check-out and departure
• On the day of departure, ask for the satisfaction of the guests and ask for feedback on their stay to improve the service.
• Accept reservations: Manage and confirm bookings via phone or email
• Answer inquiries: Answer calls or emails to availability, offers and special requests quickly and friendlyly
• Cooperation with other departments to respond to special wishes of families, e.g. kitchen, housekeeping Minijob
