Aviation Simulator Technician – IT System Support (m/f/d)

Your role in HMotion: IT- & System Support: You take the IT support for our simulator systems and support technical issues during operation. Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: You analyze hard and software, networks and simulator subsystems and fix them independently or together in the team. System administration: You enter Windows and ideally Linux systems, install and configure hard and software, and supports updates and system changes. Hardware & Infrastructure: You are responsible for PCs, servers, peripherals and other technical components and supports troubleshooting, maintenance, exchange and commissioning. Simulator operation & further development: You ensure the technical readiness of our simulators and support system checks, hardware upgrades and technical improvements.

What you bring You have completed IT-technical training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, IT-system electronics (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in IT support, first/second level support, system administration or technical service. You have good knowledge of Windows systems; Linux skills are of advantage. You are interested in networks, hardware, complex technical systems and systematic troubleshooting. The handling of technical documentation, diagnostic and ideally ticket systems is familiar to you. You have good knowledge of German and English. You bring the willingness to work in shiftwork.
