Sales Engineer - Retrofit / Automation Technology (m/f/d)

You analyze existing automated logistics systems and develop suitable retrofit solutions together with our specialist departments. You develop solution concepts taking into account mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, drive technology as well as software, system architectures and the associated interfaces. You work in existing controls, software architectures and mechanical systems, understand their interaction and evaluate their influence on the overall solution. Together with our specialist departments, you carry out inventory recordings with the customer and prepare the information obtained in a structured manner for further project planning. Together with customers and internal disciplines, you clarify requirements, open points and interfaces. You work closely with our international departments and colleagues, including the teams in Germany, the Netherlands and Poland, and bring the different contributions to a complete solution. You develop solutions and offers and evaluate different variants together with sales from a commercial perspective. You will work with pricing, supply structure and economy. You create presentations and solution concepts and present them together with sales to the customer.

A completed study, for example in industrial engineering, economics, electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical computer science or a comparable subject. We welcome both professional beginners and applicants with professional experience. You have the pleasure of understanding complex systems and their interaction and developing suitable solutions together with different disciplines. You can convey complex facts in a structured and comprehensible manner and communicate with customers and colleagues. Economic relationships, pricing and sales issues are of interest to you as well as the development of a suitable solution. You like to work in an international environment and have good German and English skills
