Identification, assessment and communication of risks, opportunities and value drivers in the context of acquisition projects. Control of transaction schedules and coordination of cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement acquisitions. Processing and communication of relevant financial indicators, valuation multipliers, risks and recommendations for action for different decision-makers. Documentation and escalation of essential financial, fiscal and legal issues identified in the context of transactions. Ensure proper governance and compliance with internal control and audit processes. Support for further strategic projects and initiatives in the field of M&A and corporate acquisitions.
Successfully completed studies of business management, economics, finances or a comparable degree programme as well as a completed auditor, tax advisor or comparable accounting/finance qualification. The ability to create reports and presentations in English and to communicate safely with international stakeholders. Impressed communication skills as well as the ability to work with entrepreneurs and practice owners without a profound financial understanding as well as experienced finance and M&A experts at eye level.
