Plant Manager (m/f/d)

As Plant Manager, you are responsible for the complete management of the Biebesheim site with all relevant processes. You are responsible for the overall responsibility for Health & Safety, personnel management, location development as well as medium and long-term strategy implementation. You also take responsibility for budgets and make sure that productivity and improvement measures are successfully implemented. You guide a team of around 60 employees and ensure that all operational KPIs, audit standards and ISO certifications are complied with. You will ensure production capability, quality standards, inventory accuracy, customer orientation and continuous development of your teams.

Total responsibility for the Biebesheim site incl. Human resources management, production control and further development Ensuring Health, Safety & Environmental Standards and Compliance Requirements Budget responsibility including cost control and implementation of productivity and efficiency measures Continuous Improvement of Operational KPIs (Quality, Cost, Security, Customer Satisfaction, Output) Ensuring production capacities and optimizing processes, plants and processes Responsibility for ISO9001- and ISO14001 management systems including audit preparation and implementation Stock Management: Storage Control, Rotation, Accuracy, Escalation of Deviations Leadership, coaching and further development of the management team and employees Project management for location-related and cross-area initiatives Interface management, including Logistics, Customer Service, Engineering, Quality and External Partners

3–5 years of experience in the plant/ plant-related environment with responsibility in factory or similar production sites Detectable experience in leadership, team development and responsibility for results, also in multilingual and multi-site teams Working successfully in a matrix organization and achieving results there Very good knowledge of analytical tools as well as experience in reporting and controlling KP Perspective, hands‐on operation and high operational understanding Strong, team-oriented leadership, decision-making and strategic and critical thinking Flowing in German and English (orally and in writing), further language skills are always advantageous Advanced knowledge in Excel; SAP Business Warehouse and other SCM software are advantageous Customer focus and experience in direct customer contact
