• Acceptance and processing of individual reservations
• Editing various correspondences
• Contact for all wishes of the guests
• Compliance with standards

Your profile:

• Complete training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
• Reception experience
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• German language and writing
• Positive radiation, well-kept appearance and excellent handling
• Want to work in the team
• Natural kindness and self-confident appearance
• Joy in handling customers, guests and colleagues
