As a dispatch and assembly component (m/w/d) in plant engineering, you are sure that our projects also run smoothly. You co-ordinate material, assembly and service applications, are in close contact with customers, technicians and our specialist departments and always keep an overview. With your organizational talent, your communication strength and your service-oriented work, you contribute significantly to a successful project execution – and become part of the Höcker team.

Coordination and disposition of material, assembly and service inserts Support and advice of our customers Central contact person for our technicians in case of questions Close coordination with internal and external services to clarify project-specific requirements Monitoring of dates and coordination of delivery and assembly procedures for a smooth project progress Ensuring efficient information flow between customers, service, assembly and internal specialist departments

Closed commercial training alternative technical training with commercial understanding Embossed customer and service orientation English knowledge desirable Microsoft Office knowledge Experience in handling ERP systems Safe, friendly appearance and pronounced communication strength in telephone and personal exchange Reliability and teamability
