As **Technical Head of Photovoltaics (m/w/d)**, you take the technical responsibility for our PV projects and work closely with the Head Unit for further expansion of our business area. You combine technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking and practical experience.

We develop and implement sustainable energy solutions for buildings and mobility – from photovoltaic systems to power storage facilities to charging stations for e-mobility.

Your tasks

We continue to grow and look for someone who can help shape and accompany this growth in direct cooperation with the Unit Manager.

• Technical management: You take the technical responsibility in the field of electrical engineering photovoltaic systems (mainly B2C, partly B2B) and are registered with the Chamber of Crafts.
• Photovoltaic expertise: You have the technical responsibility for the projects and electrical installers.
• Support & Planning: You support our planning team in technical questions and check the AC planning as well as the planning of the construction sites before they are released. You are also responsible for the professional implementation of electricians and craft partners and release the completion message.
• Team setup: You bring photovoltaics to your next team building and pass on your knowledge accordingly.

The activity connects the technical management in the office and includes control and control tasks, complemented by occasional external operations on the construction site for fault analysis, etc. You are not only an organizer and technical expertise, but also an intern who can contribute his expertise on site.

You bring that with

• Electric master (m/w/d), Meister Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) or Techniker (m/w/d) with TREI-Schein
• Experience in electrical engineering in the field of photovoltaics / energy and building technology
• desirable experience in employee management
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with entrepreneurial thinking
• Hands-on mentality and joy in the further development of processes and the establishment of teams
• High quality and customer awareness
• Very good German knowledge (C1), driving class B
