Identification and testing of property development potentials and design of development strategies Construction of inventory recordings and preparation of sound implementation concepts Pre-planning including preparation and testing of cost estimates and first CAD drafts Preparing structural measures to create or extend building law Technical support of the project management in the preparation of large new, re- and extensions Representation of ownership interests vis-à-vis licensing authorities, developers, neighbours, users, etc. Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures for planning, engineering and construction services, creation of performance descriptions Coordination and management of planning and construction meetings as well as technical monitoring of the construction-preparing measures Creation of construction documentation and verification of contracts, offers and invoices Participation in fault management and enforcement of warranty claims

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) of Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Competences: Ideally practical experience in property management and utilization Practical experience in new, rebuilding or extension measures, in the creation/optimization of construction planning law and in the development are desirable Comprehensive knowledge in building and contract law (BauGB, LBO, HOAI, VOB) Comprehensive knowledge in procurement law (VgV, UVgO, etc.) or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Secure IT user knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CAD (e.g. ArchiCAD) and ideally knowledge of other industry-specific software such as Microsoft Project Other: Green, careful and reliable procedures Good organisational skills, economic thinking and action skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even in the case of increased work Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility Willingness to participate in (multi-day) training/service travel throughout the federal territory driving licence class B/3 and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently
