Grey and green areas: You take care of everything from building and staircase cleaning, housekeeping, glass cleaning and lawn care. Your tour, Your objects: Own-responsible care of objects near your home On tour alone, but on the way to the team: you work independently, you are contact for the tenants and have a great team in the background that will strengthen your back. You will find a solution for everything: you report and correct minor defects and ensure security and order in your objects. If you don't know, a colleague will help you. Control tours: You make sure that everything is in good order in the objects – inside and outside.
