With your expertise, you take responsibility for support, continuous development and optimization of the SAP HCM landscape for Germany and other European countries. You secure a stable application operation and drive the continuous improvement of processes in the areas of personnel billing, personnel administration and time management. In close cooperation with HR stakeholders, you design and implement technical, technical and legal requirements within the HR IT landscape. As a central interface between HR departments and IT, you translate technical requirements into sustainable and sustainable technical solutions. You actively support HR IT transformation initiatives, such as S/4HANA activities, and drive the future development of cloud-based HR solutions. You participate in the creation of the Solution Design, participate in integration activities in the overall system landscape and take over the control of external implementation and consulting partners. You are driving the harmonisation, standardization and automation of international HR processes consistently. Over all supervised HR systems, you ensure compliance with legal requirements, IT security requirements and governance guidelines. A completed study or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience as SAP HCM consultant, application manager or in-house consultant. Finding knowledge and practical experience in SAP HCM, in particular in the fields of personnel administration, personnel accounting and time management, are an excellent feature. You have detectable experience in the analysis, design and implementation of complex technical and technical requirements at the interface between specialist and IT. A solid understanding of modern IT architectures, integration scenarios and cloud technologies is one of your key strengths. You want to further develop your knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors or, if you have no experience yet, develop yourself in this area. Interest and openness regarding the active co-design of our future HR system landscape and cloud-based solutions will keep you informed. Experience in project management as well as in the control and coordination of external partners and service providers characterize your profile. A structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with high communication capability is one of your strengths. A strong service and customer orientation as well as the ability to work effectively in international teams complete your profile. We require German and good English knowledge in word and writing for this position as well as the readiness for occasional missions.
