(Senior) IT Business Consultant in the Insurance Industry (m/f/d)

You act as an interface between discipline and IT – from strategy to implementation You are responsible for request management in complex (usually agile) software projects You develop solution designs and professional concepts as a basis for development You integrate AI-based analysis and decision functions into existing systems and processes You analyze large amounts of data, identify optimization potentials and improve throughput times as well as quality You accompany tests, assist in the introduction of new solutions and train specialist areas You control the vote with all relevant stakeholders

Successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or comparable vocational training Experience with business processes in the insurance industry, ideally in the property insurance environment, as well as a good sense of trends in the fields of transformation and digitalization know-how in request analysis, technical specification, relational databases and SQL First practical experience with AI-based functions (analysis, processes, IT systems) Understanding regulatory requirements (e.g. data protection, traceability of AI) Experience with agile methods (SCRUM), project management and ideally testing and test management Structured working, technical interest and joy in new topics Very good German (C1) and good English skills
