You proactively advise the project management and project teams and support the implementation of the BIM methodology in construction projects of the passenger train stations, with a focus on the reception buildings In addition, you support the application, coordination and implementation of predefined BIM standards (e.g. BIM introduction plan, BIM execution plan, specifications for the application of BIM methodology) together with the project management or the project teams You prepare BIM meetings proactively and participate in them to ensure the application of the BIM methodology in the projects and to assist the project participants The participation in the acquisition of BIM services in the project, in particular in model testing, and support for project-specific implementation of BIM applications is also one of your tasks It is also your task to develop the BIM methodology and to support project-specific BIM training and knowledge transfer

Your profile:

You have a degree as an architect:in, civil engineer:in or economic engineer:in with deepening construction In addition, you have experience in the application of BIM methodology in construction projects (e.g. BAP, coordination, model testing) or bring comparable methodological competence with Ideally, you will bring professional experience in building project management, in the tendering and awarding of works and in the handling of construction projects.
