You coordinate independent construction sites and accompany projects from planning to completion, ensuring professional, timely and economic implementation You plan to use your teams and coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors and suppliers In addition, you are contact person:in order for customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues, and actively promotes optimizations You check invoices, support bills and keep the project and construction documentation completely up to date In addition, you support administrative topics such as approvals or coordination with columns and assembly partners

Master/Technical degree, completed studies in the field of electrical engineering/energy technology, a comparable qualification or a completed further education on the working policy (m/w/d) Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or to grow self-confidence into this role knowledge of the energy industry, renewable energy and low and medium-voltage systems; Knowledge of piping is advantageous Good MS Office licenses and driving license class B, desirable BE Team orientation and enthusiasm as well as a responsible, reliable and responsible way of working
