HR Generalist - Recruiting / Onboarding / Payroll (m/f/d)

Our solutions and services are now available worldwide in 200 countries with subsidiaries and selected retail partners. · You accompany our employees through the entire HR life cycle – from recruiting and onboarding to administration and offboarding · You are a trusted contact person for our employees and executives and advises on all personal questions · You are the first contact person:in our external pay offices and make sure that the payroll is correctly and on time · You enter our junior staff and coordinate this with our instructors:inside · You bring fresh ideas and you like to work on projects that you take independently · You have a completed degree with reference to personnel topics or a completed commercial training · You ideally have a few years of professional experience in HR · You work structured and independent, you can flexibly adjust to new situations and work solution-oriented · You are trustworthy, like to go to people and are able to establish relationships with contact persons:in different hierarchical levels · You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and English Working environment and corporate culture We offer you a safe, modern workplace with a future perspective.
