For our modern kitchen in 04356 Leipzig-Podelwitz we are looking for a kitchen power / kitchen help / kitchen staff (m/w/d) in part-time (30 hours a week). The job is suitable both for applicants with experience in community catering and for motivated cross-comers, as a professional qualification in the kitchen area is not required.

Your Tasks as Kitchen Power (m/w/d) in 04356 Leipzig

• Support for daily food production in a modern kitchen for kindergartens and schools.
• Preparation of snacks and intermediate meals for educational institutions in Leipzig.
• Picking and compiling of cold food by ordering and tour plans.
• portioning of warm meals according to the specified quantities and quality standards.
• performing cleaning and rinsing activities for dishes, containers and kitchen utensils.
• cleaning and maintenance of production equipment, work areas and kitchen areas according to the applicable hygiene regulations.
• compliance with legal hygiene, quality and safety standards in kitchen operation.
• Active cooperation in a dedicated team to ensure punctual and high-quality meals of children and students.

Your profile

• They have experiences in dealing with food and know each other in a large kitchen.
• Quick understanding in reading and computing is necessary for picking.
• You can perform standing activities.
• Start of work at 05.00 in the morning is possible for them.
• A separate passenger car is required to reach the work site.
• Quereinsteiger/innen are welcome.
