Facility Manager (m/w/d) with responsibility for building management, fleet and operational maintenance

You take responsibility for the technical and infrastructural management of our buildings, external installations and facilities. In doing so, you are not only organizational, but also yourself. In this role, you will ensure frictionless operation and take over minor repairs as well as maintenance and maintenance work. You maintain our technical facilities, coordinate external service providers and craftsmen, and accompany renovation, renovation and maintenance measures from planning to implementation. Regular object visits ensure the order and cleanliness and fire protection on our premises and thus contribute to a well maintained and functional working environment. You support internal moves, events and special projects, support our locking system and manage access rights. You organize and manage our company's transport park, coordinate maintenance, inspections, TÜV terminals and repairs, and keep leasing vehicles as well as vehicle documentation at all times. You optimise existing processes around building management and monitor operating costs.

Completed training, ideally as an electrician, mechatronic or industrial mechanic, alternatively a comparable training in technical or crafts Ideally multi-year experience in facility management, building operation or technical service Impressed hand-on mentality as well as pleasure in an operational and changeable activity Technical understanding, organizational skills and an independent, structured and reliable way of working Safe and binding occurrence in handling external service providers and internal contact persons Class B driving licence
