Head of Department Residential and Commercial (m/f/d)

Strategic support: You support HOWOGE in the Housing and Commercial division. You deliver strategic impulses and ensure professional and organizational quality standards. Stakeholder Management and Project Management: You are a Sparring partner for the management of Kramer + Kramer and focus on the sustainable securing and expansion of the expertise for HOWOGE. You tax internal and external working communities with a view to capacity planning and control for the Housing and Commercial Division. You are responsible for overarching control of planning, control and controlling documents (4-eye principle). Contract and Quality Management: You control the Parent Reporting, incl. Target/actual comparison, you take risks and accompany the planning and realization of construction projects and thus ensure quality management. You are responsible for preparing the annual vote on the content of framework agreements with HOWOGE. Leadership: You take over the disciplinary leadership of the Department of Housing and Business, so that the coordination and evaluation of the annual target agreements and the implementation of the employee talks are included.

Professional experience: You have at least 8 years of professional experience in the planning (HOAI), project management (AHO) and in the tendering, planning and construction management of the building construction, as well as a well-founded experience in cooperation with general planners and general contractors. Qualification: You have a degree in architecture and/or civil engineering. Expertise: You already have knowledge of innovative and market-adapted award models for public-sector projects as well as preparation and implementation of awards. An established knowledge in the development of project concepts with a special focus on sustainability and pioneering technologies. Knowledge of how to use the common software applications and first experiences in the application of BIM and CAFM are of advantage.
