Theory contents In your phases of theory at the Dual University, the following content is on the schedule: In this generalistic and bilingual study program, you will acquire the necessary intercultural skills in order to start in the international business environment, in addition to well-founded knowledge of business and economics. Intensify your existing language skills and other key skills (such as presentation skills and project management).

Practical contents In your practical phases, you will get a deep insight into various topics or topics. Work actively in projects and departments: You work with colleagues from different countries and meet the challenges of intercultural cooperation. In the field of global mobility, you will get to know all areas, as well as adjacent interface areas (Payroll, Finance, Tax, Labour Law).

You bring the general university maturity or a comparable degree with very good grades in English, good grades in mathematics and German. You have great interest in business relationships and processes arising from the international business activities of the companies of the Schwarz Group. You are reliable, communicative and a team player. You have already gained first experience with other cultures and working methods (through exchanges or internships abroad).
