In our internationally active Transaction Strategy and Execution business unit in Frankfurt/Main, Cologne or Munich, you advise banks, insurance companies, FinTechs and InsurTechs and work with start-ups and established market participants on innovative business models and digital ecosystems. You can do a variety of tasks: Support in consulting our customers: in strategic issues in the design of complex transactions Participation in the development of new digital ecosystems including start-ups, the technology-driven new business models with existing industry participants: establish With the help of the strategic and operational analysis of business models Conducting market analyses, strategic reviews, due diligences (IT/Operations), synergy assessments, carve-outs and integrations as well as restructuring Participation in acquisition and business development activities

This position shall be occupied at the earliest from October 2025.

Studies in Economics or Business Informatics at least in the fourth semester First experiences in the transaction environment and/or with start-ups and the change in the value chain through digital transformation in the banking and/or insurance environment as well as safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (mind.
