As an owner-managed construction company based in Emsland, sustainable large-scale projects have been developed and implemented in modern modular design for over 25 years. With around 50 employees, their own production sites and an exceptionally strong order situation, the company is now one of the innovative pioneers of its industry.

In order to actively shape further growth, we are looking for a sales/project advisor (m/w/d), who will support public builders, architectural offices and planning partners in a professional manner, and will develop challenging projects strategically at an early stage.

Your role You move at the interface between architecture, building, planning and sales. This is explicitly not about classic cold acquisition sales, but about consulting-oriented project development at eye level. You accompany tenders and project requests in early stages of performance, develop appropriate module design concepts together with internal and external partners and provide the basis for the successful acquisition and implementation of sophisticated public construction projects.

Support and advice of public builders, cities, municipalities and external architectural offices Support of tenders and project requests in early project phases Development and coordination of appropriate module construction and project concepts together with internal specialist areas Preparation and support of presentations, concepts and pitch terminals Construction and maintenance of long-term networks within the public construction industry Close cooperation with management, costing and project management

Experience in building, ideally in the context of public construction projects and awards Studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering Funded sales experience in the consulting-intensive project business of the building Safe appearance to builders, planners and project partners Technical understanding and interest in sustainable building concepts
