With your team of five employees, you will support the management and the on-site management in business matters. You report directly to the managing director. You prepare payment and compensation negotiations with the cost-holders, calculate performance offers and accompany the negotiations together with the management. You are also an important counterpart for banks. You ensure the proper use of funds, are responsible for proof of use and keep in mind the requirements of the right to benefit and benefit. You prepare medium-term economic planning and anticipate scenarios and investment projects – as a basis for strategic decisions of management and management. With budget planning, monthly reporting, forecast controlling, cost accounting and deviation analyses, you can ensure transparency for future-oriented control. Structures and processes continue to develop. The new building project, which is planned, will accompany you commercially: you will keep costs, medium drains and support requirements in mind and work closely with the project management.

You have, as far as possible, a completed study of the business economy, with a specialist in controlling or finance, or a comparable qualification.
