The Geraer Heimbetriebsgesellschaft mbH is looking for a dedicated pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) for the preoccupation of young people in the field of child and youth assistance.

The predominant youth housing for young people aged 16 and over is a steady-state service offering support, support and counselling for young people and young full-year-olds as part of the standardization in housing leased by the institution.

As part of the educational team you work mainly in late services according to a schedule. The time in which the office of the representative is not occupied is covered by a willingness to call by the pedagogical professionals.

Tasks:

Support and support for young people within the framework of SGB VIII (§ 27, 34, 41 SGB VIII)

Support and strengthening of young people and young full-year-olds in their personal development and training, as well as in the development of their personal skills for everyday management

interdisciplinary cooperation with youth offices, schools, training centres, job centres, doctors and therapists

joint development of objectives and continuous work on the implementation of individual aid objectives with young people and young full-year

Case documentation and creation of reports

Requirements:

a completed vocational training as a state-recognized educator, a study as a state-recognized social worker/social pedagogue or another equivalent training in social work

estimating and open attitude towards the different lifestyles and biographies of young people and young full-year

Empathy and interest in young people with all their personal challenges, pronounced conflictability, resilience

Ability to self-organisation in the sense of reliable work with the representatives, at the same time ability to work in the team

driving licence class B desirable
