Germany-wide support for decentralised branches in technical and commercial tasks Preparation and implementation of new orders Dedication and tax of cleaning teams including operational planning and documentation as part of reorganisations Provision of contractually agreed services including Documentation and quality assurance Troubleshooting in the escalation case for premium customers Intensive professional exchange with clients Preparation of QM audits Reorganisation of existing projects

Successfully completed vocational training in a technical profession, or in the cleaning of buildings (Geselle or Master) Multiannual professional experience, preferably in services and services Facility management, or in building cleaning Good PC knowledge (MS Office), as well as basic commercial knowledge Car driver's license Customer orientation, empathy and pragmatism Rest in dealing with unexpected situations Priority at high order volumes Very good German knowledge readiness for multi-day service trips throughout the federal territory and flexible work
