HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: You advise the executives and employees of your care area to all HR topics and act as a trusting contact person at the same time from the first concern to the sustainable solution. You actively shape strategic HR projects, such as tool launches and further developments in SAP SuccessFactors. You support executives in performance, development and follow-up issues and ensure clear procedures, comprehensible decisions and clean documentation. You accompany post- and re-assessment of specialist and leadership positions and manage the recruiting process at the end-to-end from the demand clarification to the contract negotiation. You serve the employees of your care area along the Employee Life Cycle both strategically and supportively in the operational daily business. Based on relevant KPI monitors, you will be able to monitor developments in your field of care and, together with the specialist areas and the management, execute specific action options.

Your profile - grow together: You have a degree (e.g. BWL, Business Psychology, Social Sciences) or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year experience, ideally at least. 5 years, in HR Business Partnering or in a comparable generalistic HR role. You know the various challenges of very good HR work and act professionally and yet pragmatically as well as solution-oriented. You have prior knowledge of SAP (HCM, SuccessFactors) and use HR and performance key figures securely to prioritise and effectively shape HR measures. You communicate addressably at employees and management level and remain binding and clear in dynamic situations. You convince with openness, strong interest in business topics, team skills and a value-adding approach.
