Human Resources Officer Specialising in Labour Law (m/f/d)

You advise and advise the executives and employees in all labour law and personal matters. You create, examine and revise work contracts, additional agreements and legal documents. You work in partnership with the Works Council, integrate it into People & Culture (P & C) processes and negotiate local business agreements. You are responsible for compliance with labour law requirements and also solves complex labour law issues. You analyze P & C key figures and guide specific action recommendations or Measures. You address the development and implementation of P & C processes and policies that match the corporate culture and objectives of the FIEGE Group. You take P & C projects independently and work closely with other disciplines to achieve common goals. You act as a team member close to the action and actively accompany changes.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of personnel management, business management or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in P & C and labour law, ideally acquired in the logistics industry or a related environment. You support your arguments on well-founded application knowledge in labour law and your experience in the application of labour law measures. You have relevant experience in project and change management; a coaching training or the like is of advantage. You use the MS Office package and the P & C software (SAP, SuccessFactors) professionally. You have enforcement skills, especially in challenging situations. You work independently, solution- and service-oriented, have communication skills and team spirit as well as a great interest in P & C work. You bring the necessary degree of self-organization, self-responsibility, motivation and solution orientation with you, of course, where urgent needs are needed in the team. You have German (Level C2) and English (Level B2) that will help you communicate daily; Knowledge of other languages is desirable but not absolutely necessary.
