Leading seminars: Conduct presence seminars on safety and health according to BGW standards. Practically: prepare content according to target groups for different professional groups, e.g. security officers. Making learning active: flexible use of adult education methods and promoting exchange. Working in the team: Vote with other lecturers. Their deployment starts in 2027, especially in the North (Hamburg) and West (Paderborn, Siegen) regions in the basic seminars for security officers (SGK). Applications for other regions and seminar types are also welcome.
Qualifications: Higher education, Master's examination or comparable qualification. Ideally: Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety. Experience: Adult education as well as knowledge in health care and/or welfare care. Knowledge: Basics of health promotion and occupational safety. Entrepreneurship: You operate independently for several contractors on the market, work independently and achieve no more than 75% of your annual turnover through your activities for the BGW.
Frame: 16 learning units of 45 minutes, usually distributed over three seminar days, 90 € fee per LE.
