The Department of Construction, Property and Home Administration of the Evangelical Regional Association (ERV) seeks to support the construction and real estate department

You have the independent, professional and disciplinary management of the property of Kita of the department of construction, real estate and house administration with about 10 employees. You are responsible for all ERV kita construction measures and for strategic planning and economic management in cooperation with the Department of Evangelical Day Facilities for Children (TfK). In addition, you identify future topics and further development potentials of the Kita property. Finally, you are co-responsible for the management and cooperation in the creation of forum templates, investment planning and the annual financial statements as well as in the proactive support and advice of the TfK department in all construction matters.

You have a completed academic degree (uni-diplom/master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or facility management as well as multiannual professional experience in the real estate sector, preferably in the field of “construction and maintenance of childcare facilities” and multi-year leadership experience. In addition, you live strong communication strength and high sense of responsibility and have a quick understanding and act in a solution-oriented manner. You bring openness and flexibility to a changing subject area and motivate employees in this process The ERV promotes the opportunities of women and men in the profession.
