You shall ensure the correct billing of charges for assigned areas, taking into account statutory, tariff, operational and contractual requirements You conduct the time economy for the associated areas In tax, social insurance, legal and collective topics, you will be advised by staff management, HR staff, executives and employees Support is provided in the care and system maintenance of the pay billing and time recording system as well as in active cooperation in their further development You accept special evaluations and data reports for the creation of staff provisions You are responsible for the pensions of the care area, including pension funds, direct insurance, work support pension and return assessments You are responsible for the settlement of part-time and postings A trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council is of course for you You prepare statistical analyses for internal and external purposes (personal, pay and time statistics) You are available as contact persons for external bodies and authorities (social insurance, tax, professional associations, Federal Agency for Labour, health insurance, auditors) You take over the management of the occupational death fund (e.g. annual monitoring of contribution payments, payment of deaths, correspondence) In addition, you take over the annual determination of pension adjustment and work with

You have a completed commercial training as well as ideally a further education on the staff specialist, business manager or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded knowledge of labour, wage tax, social security and collective bargaining You have very good experience in handling SAP-HCM Secure knowledge of MS Office belongs to your profile You also have good English skills
