Your tasks:

You accept customer contact phones around pannenhilfe, towing service or car rental organization as well as house or family insurance You coordinate support measures for international customers – from towing service to replacement mobility. You communicate with insurance companies, partners and service providers and process invoices That's what you bring: Your experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must. Do you work in the hotel industry/gastronomy, tourism, the automotive industry or insurance, call center industry then you are right with us You are willing to travel to Rostock several times (review and travel expenses will be refunded on our part) You're happy to phone and help people. You have an organizational talent, are reliable and a real team player You have very good knowledge of German and liquid English (B2 level) For the first time, the activity is limited to two years and only to be occupied within Germany (no activity from abroad). If you also have flexibility and willingness to work on a 5-day week in shiftwork (24/7, night shifts and weekends and holidays), we would like to meet you. The salary range for this position is full-time, depending on the professional experience and qualification, 2.750 to approx. 3,050 gross per month (plus net supplements by layers).
