Your tasks with perspectives You support our teams on their way to an agile and self-organized collaboration and gain exciting insights into modern organizational and working forms. You work closely with the Squad Owns and support in structuring and maintaining tasks, priorities and work content. You create transparency about the progress of work, support planning and contribute to continuously improving cooperation and quality of results. You organize and moderate agile formats such as retrospectives, reviews or planning meetings and promote an open feedback and learning culture. You regularly exchange with Scrum Mastern and Agile Coaches and bring your own ideas to the further development of methods, processes and team-wide cooperation. Your personality with profile You study (economic) informatics, economics, business psychology, organizational development or a comparable discipline and have successfully completed at least three completed semesters of your Bachelor's degree. You are interested in agile working methods, organisational development and change processes and want to help shape them in practice. Ideally, you have first experiences with Jira, Confluence or Microsoft 365 and want to further develop your knowledge in the agile environment. You work structured, analytic and self-responsibility and keep an overview of several topics. You convince by communication strength, moderation skills, team skills, initiative and empathy. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
