You take over the construction management of all the works of industrial, commercial, residential and project building projects You bear the holistic responsibility for quality, quantity, dates and costs You are running the votes with customers, business partners and subcontractors (m/w/d) You set up the tenders and award contracts for post-contracting You are responsible for billing construction services and maintenance of the construction project during the warranty period

You have a successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction) or Architecture, as an alternative you have a completed training with further education as a technician (m/w/d) You have experience in the construction line or Development of commercial and residential construction projects You have a well-founded knowledge of the design and accounting of after-contracting services You are a communicative person and draw your attention through a high self-initiative as well as enforcement power, coupled with a pronounced sense of responsibility and cost,
