Group Leader Accounts Receivable Management (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Debitor Management team and are responsible for the continuous further development of your employees. You bear the overall responsibility for the debitor accounting of all energy-economic processes including dunning, clarification case processing and extrajudicial recovery of open claims for SWD AG and the network operator NGD. You are responsible for the complete, correct and timely transfer of revenues in monthly and monthly Annual accounts in the main book, including voting, clarification and approval in the final process for SWD AG and NGD You secure compliance requirements against money laundering and you identify optimization potentials, drive automation and efficiency measures, and set up KPIs as well as regular reporting for area management You control the process-oriented cooperation between receivable management, customer service, billing and payment transactions and ensure smooth operations and you ensure a legally compliant, economic and customer-oriented processing of open receivables and work closely with external debt collection service providers.

You have a completed business studies or a comparable qualification or have skills and experience acquired in equivalent activities and brings several years of professional experience in the debitor or Asset management, ideally in the energy or supply environment, with. You are sure to work with relevant legal frameworks such as the BGB, EnWG and insolvency law and implement them in practice-oriented manner in your daily work. You carry on and develop teams confidently and convince with the strength of communication, enforcement and a solution-oriented leadership style. You use accounting systems securely, in particular SAP IS‐U with the FI‐CA module, and combine technical understanding with a pronounced process thinking.
