Materials Tester - Quality Assurance / Laboratory (m/f/d)

You carry out independent quality tests in the laboratory – from incoming goods to final inspection – and analyze complaints with modern measuring and analysis equipment, e.g. for testing the compressive and tensile strength. You will test the results obtained with our ERP system as well as MS Office, ensure complete documentation and create meaningful quality reports. You actively monitor our quality assurance processes, take the test equipment monitoring and introduce your ideas to continuously improve our QM system. In close coordination with product development, you will participate in feasibility studies and assist in creating product specifications and work instructions. You ensure the proper labelling of our products and monitor compliance with work, safety and environmental regulations in the laboratory environment.

You have a completed technical training, ideally as a laboratory, building material or material tester (m/w/d). You bring first professional experience in quality assurance or in a laboratory and are familiar with measuring and analysis equipment. You are safe to use the PC and the current MS Office applications. You work structured as well as analytically and can independently implement specifications and standards. For the communication in the team you speak very well German; English and Polish are of advantage, but no need. The willingness to work in the 4-shift system is of course for you.
