Trainee FOKUS Luxembourg - digital transformation & process management in fund brokerage (m/f/d)

The trainee program FOKUS Luxembourg takes 9 months and prepares you for a clearly defined target position according to the program. At least three months you rotate through various departments to gain exciting insights. So you can develop professionally, deepen your knowledge and build the expertise that is important to your subject area. The Zukunftsschmiede Campus supports you during the trainee program to expand your overtime skills, quickly take responsibility in your target position and network you in the company. Start at the Luxembourg site with our trainee program FOKUS and support us in exciting projects around digitization and process optimization in the Fund Services segment. The focus is on the further development of digital solutions and processes with a focus on change/run in the fund brokerage. In the team we help you grow into the various tasks: Together with the Business Analysts, you analyze existing business processes to identify technical and technical digitalization potentials. Your focus is on the entire data line – from the data base to the processing and expansion of Datalakes Implementation of data-based analyses and support in the development and implementation of AI applications for business process improvement Close cooperation with IT teams and specialist departments on request collection, solution conception and implementation of digital projects taking into account change management aspects Taking responsibility in innovative digitization projects and active participation in the strategic development of business processes

You qualify for this program if you bring the following conditions: A (already soon) successfully completed study in the field of (economic) computer science, data science / analytics, digitization or a comparable subject First experiences with SQL, Python and relevant frameworks as well as data management, data analysis and building of analytical data pipelines including derivation of optimization measures Interest in automation of processes, use of modern technologies to increase efficiency and first knowledge in AI, machine learning and generic AI (e.g. ChatGPT) Knowledge of DevOps, process analysis, process modelling (e.g. BPMN), digitization methods and low-code/no-code platforms of advantage First project management experiences and motivation to take over project responsibility Hands-On-Mentiality, Innovation Joy, Service Orientation, Analytical Thinking Power, Structured and Self-Working as well as Communication Strength and Team Skill Our future forging focuses on personal care, change and agility, great practicality and a culture of doing.
