As a specialist team leader, you are responsible for the demand-oriented distribution of goods from our non-food promotional articles to our 39 regional companies and thus actively contribute to the availability of goods in our branches. This means: Responsibility for data management in our internal distribution system as well as review and control of the corresponding releases Processing of key data analyses and presentations Active participation in the further development and optimization of processes in the field of non-food allocation Preparation of documents and evaluations for meetings Close cooperation with internal interfaces (such as logistics and purchasing) as well as control and organization of daily business Leadership and further development of your team

First management experience, professional experience in the commercial sector or in trade Completed business studies or a comparable degree High numerical affinity and structured working High communication strength and interface orientation High level of team capacity, sense of responsibility and reliability Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, first experiences with Google Workspace of advantage
