Actively shape the future of our customer service: From 01.10.2026 we are looking for a:n Teamlead Customer Service BFC (m/w/d) with Drive and Vision for the following challenges:

Planning, control and monitoring of daily service activities Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards Implementation of team meetings, feedback talks and employee development measures Escalation management in complex or critical customer applications Analysis of KPIs, derivation of measures and regular reporting to the field management Optimization of processes, tools and interfaces in cooperation with other departments Onboarding new team members and organisation of internal training Close coordination with sales, technology, logistics and other specialist areas Working on projects to further develop customer service

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further qualification (e.g. specialist, farmer/in) Alternatively: completed studies in the field of business management, economic psychology, communication sciences or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in customer service, sales service or service management First leadership experience (team management, deputy team management or project management) of advantage Deep understanding of customer service processes, ticket management and service level standards Experience in handling CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and common office tools Knowledge of complaint management, escalation handling and quality management Ability to define, analyze and derive measures Experience in optimizing service processes and interfaces English is a plus
