The asset management sector is responsible, among other things, for maintaining and increasing the value of the real estate portfolio by targeted investments. In addition, the area is responsible for ensuring uniform processes, as well as the transformation of all necessary knowledge to the employees. The implementation of new technical requirements and a system-consistent data structure for the operational sector is also the responsibility of asset management.

Climate neutrality by 2045: You develop and implement technical object strategies and standards for implementing the climate path for our real estate stock. Innovations & Future Trends: You continuously research and evaluate technical innovations and change legal framework conditions, in particular on all topics of the Energy Transition/Sustainability for our real estate stock and implement them strategically. Investment planning: You shall participate in the investment process in defining priorities for technical investment and in examining the necessary technical measures for the building stock. Objects & data: You carry out technical object visits and collect data as a basis for the targeted investment process and the implementation of the climate path. Facts and figures: You contribute to the coordination of ecological and economic effects from relevant technical developments with commercial portfolio management. Technique: You are a contact person for cross-disciplinary technical questions.

Qualification: You have completed your studies in civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering, or a comparable qualification in the fields of energy and domestic engineering. Passion: You are burning to implement the energy transition in one of the largest Berlin housing companies and to contribute to sustainable and innovative developments in the urban, social and urban context. Personal development: You are willing to continue to work into technical innovations as well as changed legal frameworks, in particular on the topics of the energy transition and to translate them into existing strategies. Team player: You are willing to become part of an ambitious team that works in a large real estate stock with a high solution focus on the strategic tasks for implementing the energy transition.
