You control external partners, advise employees and work closely with HR, Payroll and Finance. On the other hand, with your know-how, you support Benefits activities in various European countries and work with regional Compensation topics. Pensions & Benefits Germany – Your speciality Around 70% of your activity is dedicated to the occupational pension and benefits of our German companies. In doing so, you take care and coordination independently: You maintain our occupational pension schemes and pension schemes, including collectively regulated pension schemes. As a central interface, you control external pension, insurance and consulting partners such as Aon, Allianz, VEK and Pension Consult. You are competent contact persons for employees, former employees and pensioners and, together with our partners, also clarify more complex questions. You coordinate the administration and regular adjustments of the supply models and work closely with Payroll. Together with finance and external actors, you will accompany expert opinions, provisions and pension-related financial processes as well as audits, PSV and compliance topics. You support legal and co-determination issues and ensure reliable documentation of the processes and agreements. As Subject Matter Expert for Benefits & Pensions Germany, you are the central professional entity in which the threads merge internally and externally. European Benefits + Compensation – international from a casting Around 20% of your job will lead you beyond Germany. You support Benefits activities in various European countries and work with regional and international colleagues. These include insurance extensions and enrollments, Benefits communication and the updating of Benefit Booklets. You coordinate bonus-to-pension processes in the UK and Belgium, support insurance processes for Swiss pensioners and take care of cross-border accounting and payment issues. More 10% of your activity will focus on regional Compensation topics. You assist in remuneration studies and benchmarks, salary review and bonus processes, as well as market and data analyses and contribute to the further development of competitive remuneration structures in Europe.

You really know yourself well with occupational retirement in Germany and have the pleasure of using this know-how independently. At the same time, you feel comfortable in an international environment and are happy to work with different departments, service providers and international colleagues. Take this with you: A completed study, for example in BWL, Human Resources Management, Finance or Economics, or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of experience with German pension and pension schemes, ideally in collective industrial or production companies. At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of remuneration and social benefits (Compensation & Benefits) or Total Rewards in an international environment. Knowledge of European benefits and insurance models as well as experience with compensation reviews and benchmarking. Very good German and English in word and writing. The ability to bring together different stakeholders and also to understand complex issues. Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors is an additional plus.
