As an office managerin in Frankfurt, you hold the office together – and that is at several locations. You are the hub for everything important in everyday office – with regular exchange and occasional on-site support in Münster and Paderborn (about 1x per month). Your new job at a glance Office-Heldin in Frankfurt: You organize, coordinate and keep all processes at the sales location in mind – working closely with colleagues on site to ensure smooth processes. Connection between the locations: Once a month you will visit our sales teams in Münster and Paderborn to personally see the right and actively strengthen cross-site cooperation. Multitasking professional: From orders to audit of accounts to communication with external service providers – you are the organizational backbone of the office and are proactive. Support with heart: You are the first contact person for your colleagues, have an open ear and grab where you are needed. Event and Travel Support: You support the organization of small site events or catering and help our employees with travel bookings if necessary.

That's what you bring: Closed commercial training, ideally in the hotel industry, in the retail trade or in the system economy

First experience in Office Management

Hands-on mentality and a good sense of what is just needed

Communication strength, team spirit and service orientation

Readiness for monthly visits to Münster and Paderborn

Secure handling of MS Office 365, MS Teams and other digital tools

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
