Your mission Become part of our global HR community and member of the site leadership team! In this key role, you not only shape the local HR strategy, but bring it into line with our international standards. You are a business partner for management, lead a team and drive forward change processes that secure our growth. Your tasks: Full HR Management: Responsibility for all HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle with a modern HR confession aimed at a positive employee experience. Take over operational tasks. Designing and implementing HR initiatives: designing and implementing HR projects that are tailored to the corporate objectives and provide real added value for the business, while at the same time providing the ongoing Supporting further development of employees. Team leadership: leadership and promotion of the HR team with the aim of ensuring smooth and effective HR work while inspiring a culture of cooperation and continuous further development. Business Partnering for executives: Establishing a modern leadership culture, advising executives (commercial and commercial) in all HR issues and supporting the implementation of HR initiatives. Multiannual experience in a leading HR role with international focus, including the development and implementation of global HR strategies. Good understanding of German labour law, knowledge of operational personnel work and dealing with HRIS systems. Passion and expertise for leadership and employee development as well as experience in building and managing strong stakeholder relationships. Strong strategic and analytical thinking, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire people. Ability to make data-based decisions and optimize HR processes. Very good knowledge of German and English to communicate effectively in an international environment.
