Ensuring the timely and professional pay billing Contact person*in for all billing-relevant questions of employees and managers Care of personnel master files in our pay accounting system SAP as well as in SAP time management and time recording Management of digital personal data and occupational pension schemes Processing of certification and reporting Creation of subject-specific evaluations, reports and statistics Participation in pay tax and social security checks, monthly and annual accounts

Completed vocational training in commercial, wage/social insurance or comparable fields At least three years of professional experience in the field of payment accounting Knowledge of the accounting of occupational pensions, pensions and variable salary components Funded know-how in personnel management, labour, wage and social security law Good Microsoft Office and ideally SAP knowledge Absolute reliability and discretion
